I was at Farm Fest in August and purchased an ankle bracelet. It is unbelievable how much it has helped my pain. I have arthritis in an ankle because of a 20 year old injury. Earlier this summer I was barely going up and down steps and was unable to exercise. After only one week of the ankle bracelet, I was able to almost run up and down stairs and am walking 3 miles a day. Awesome!
